Focus on Competence Development

GC Rieber has a strong focus on developing human capital. Competence development for the individual employee is therefore a highly prioritised area in the Group's strategy.  
 
We have as a stated objective that each employee shall complete a minimum of 5 days per year organised and goal-oriented competence development. 
 
Competence development is an integrated part of each employee’s job at GC Rieber. The annual employee assessment meeting is our most important arena for discussing and making concrete plans for competence development. 
 
We emphasise that competence development should be closely linked to the needs of the company and the specific job content and possible career development of the individual employee.
