We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in India.
The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of experience in the industry and a B. Tech in Food Technology or an MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
The candidate should possess industry experience of Dairy, beverages, culinary, and paste. The salary for this position is up to 24-26 lacs.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
- Acting as Deputy Food Safety Team Leader
- Conducting supplier audits and closure reports
- Approving supplier RM and PM specs
- Reviewing and signing off on RM specs with vendors
- Closing supplier complaints
- Handling customer complaints
- Conducting system compliance audits
- Maintaining non-conformity status
- Conducting monthly or as-needed HACCP meetings
- Maintaining FSMS records
- Participating in management review meetings
- Executing R&D trials
- Exploring and validating new ideas
- Supporting and executing product, process, and equipment improvements
- Conducting RCA with closure
- Revising SOPs
- Verifying lab records of analysis
- Conducting traceability, validation, and mock recalls
- Validating x-ray and other processes
- Closing external audits
- Controlling external calibrations
- Developing a yearly training calendar
- Managing pest control and fumigation
- Releasing raw materials, packing materials, and final products
- Updating and reporting weekly KPIs
- Approving processes in D-365.
